About the Event
To everyone that loves Marin Covenant Church-
Please mark your calendar for Sunday, June 13th, the date of our June Business Meeting.
We invite those attending worship in person that day to attend the meeting in person.
The meeting will begin right after worship, so it can finish by 12:30 (no food provided). For the comfort of everyone, masks and social distancing are requested as usual.
For everyone else, we invite you to join the meeting on Zoom (same link as for worship).
This is the meeting where we vote on the annual budget (fiscal year begins July 1st) and affirm candidates for leadership. Voting will be on paper ballots (as specified in our bylaws). Paper ballots are easy for those in person, but there is a plan for those on Zoom as well. Just drive to the church parking lot after the meeting (please arrive by 1:30PM).
A ballot will be provided, and a person to take it; drive-by voting!
As always, formal membership is required to vote (please email any pastor if you have questions); but everyone in our church family is invited to be part of the meeting.
Members have (hopefully) already received an email with the ballot (and the proposed budget) attached. If you are a formal member of MCC, but did not receive that email, please write to arv@marincovenant.org. Everyone can see the proposed budget below.

This also provides opportunity for us to fulfill our promise of a quarterly giving update. Third quarter (January, February, March) results indicate our giving is trending on plan.
That is great news! Staff is excited about all that God is doing due to your generosity. As always, the most exciting part of the meeting will be an update from them!
